I rent short term, minimum of seven days, my extremely charming Paris apartment in the heart of Paris. The apartment is located on the rue des Guillemites, Paris 75004. The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a 17th century building with an elevator located in the middle of the Le Marais in the 4th Arrondissment. The apartment has an amazing covered outdoor balcony that you can eat out on with a tremendous view of most of the Paris skyline and rooftops.

The apartment has a full kitchen, living room/dining room, bathroom with shower, bathroom with toilet, and bedroom. There is WiFi and cable television. The apartment is ideal for someone single, a couple, or three people. There is a non-fold out couch in the living room, but it is possible to take a blow up mattress for families with three or four people.

Clean sheets and linens are available for renters. A cleaning lady comes three times a month on Wednesdays, but only cleans the apartment, and changes sheets and bathroom towels—she does not do renters’ laundry.

The apartment is 5 minutes from the Hotel de Ville and St. Paul metro, and a 10 minute walk to Chatelet, and Les Halles metro stops. It is a 5 minute walk to Ile de la Cite, Ile St. Louis, Place des Vosges, Centre Beaubourg, Picasso Museum, and to the Seine River. It is the most central location in Paris.

I rent for a minimum of 7 nights for $1,100 and $145 a night after that up until 2 weeks. From 2 weeks to 2 months, I can negotiate a special rate, depending on availability. An American gentleman, Brad Newfield Kaufman, meets all renters on arrival and lets them in and gives them the keys, and I ask all renters to give him 50 Euros on arrival for his efforts.
